Brand new, fits size 11, chunky heels. They have been in the box since purchasing. The hair needs a little hand fluffing. True to size. Cute boots but I ordered the wrong size. I would consider them as off white in color.

thank you so much! also I was curious if you thought the boots would clean up fairly easily, White boots tend to take more tlc and I wasnt sure if they came with care instructions!
