Brand new brocade print dress

This dress has never been worn- still has the tags on it. I ordered it from Piperlime and it didn't fit- it definitely runs small. I usually wear a size 6-8 dress and I couldn't zip this dress past my waist. The print is great in person and I had planned to wear it to work or dinner. The back is low cut but you can wear a normal bra with it.
