@jellispt Aww, thanks girl! I don't feel it these days. About 8 months ago I was a size 2, and in great shape. Then my doctor decided I was "too thin" and put me on a weight gaining supplement. When I stopped it, I just kept gaining for a while. I'm only 5'1, so the weight really shows. Went from a 2 to almost a 12. But have been working at it, and I'm down to an 8 now. It's much harder to take off when you are in your 40's!
So anyway...sorry to vent all that in you. I just wanted to say thank you for the compliment. You're a sweetheart! :-)

@jellispt Thank! My belly and my butt/upper things are my biggest problem area ever since having my son, and I don't know how to work on those areas. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! My dream is to have a body like yours someday, which I did have back in the late '90's and early '80's, but my marriage was a train wreck and I just stopped exercising and eating healthy. Since he left, I had dropped over 60lbs., although I've hootenanny a but back now. But I know I can get back there if I really set myself to it.

@tiatia826 yea most of my weight came from havn a youngon :( was close to 200lbs at 5'2" that was a bit much lol.. It seems u are on the right path tho.. But most weight lose about 70% is diet 30% exercise but both are key..ur diet should consist of veggies, fruits, chicken, fish, eggs, steak, greek yogurt, whole wheat rice n pastas, potatos, nothing processed carful on the carbs n high on the protien..eat 5/6 meals a day..i am 113 and 16% body fat and of which i maintain eatin six times a day..i love food what girl doesnt? Its all in ur cooking methods..exercise is the easy part..train 4-5 days a week and make sure that watever ur doing to keep ur heart rate up. Hope this helps a little :)

Thanks so much for all of the tips and advice! They helped a lot. Plus my son and I have started walking together, which is really nice. Once I get my stamina back some, I'm going to join the gym right down the street from my apartment complex. You get a free membership if you live here.
Thanks for all the food advice as well. I eat way too many carbs and not enough protein, so I'm going to have to flip that.
