Brand new fitted stretchy dress

95% Polyester 5% Spandex I bought this from Nordstrom and havent had the occasion to wear it. Would look good with black leggings or just on it’s on with sandals! Form fitting and a bit low cut on me (I’m 5’0), hits right above the knee.
