what's the chest measurement? Is it stretchy at all?

@stephereena chest measurement is 17 inches. I added a pic so you can see it on.. I have a very small chest so there's plenty of room. It may stretch a little with the bust, but I wouldn't call it a stretchy fabric. It's 100% rayon - so I wouldn't machine dry it. It's super cute on 😊

@eaharvin would this fit a size 6? I have a 35 in bust and 37 in hips. I just want to be certain it wouldn’t be too small/tight 😊
