Brand new light-weight black dress with fringes.

This is a brand new light weight black dress with cute fringes on the bottom. Great dress for a girls night out paired with some cute booties. There's a small thread pull on the back of the dress but you can't even tell. Check out the pictures. Nice, sleek, and no filters needed. :)
