Brand new men’s sneakers size 44eu which is a US 10.5

These are French brand Paire & Fils -a luxury French sneaker company. bought them as a gift in Paris but they don’t fit. I couldn’t find the dark brown online so there is a pair pictured in another color-these are dark brown contrasting suede and smooth leather.
