Brand new mint with embroidered rose flower

Brand new mint with embroidered rose flower tank top. Marked a 3X but fits like a 1X. Bought online so no physical tags but it was only tried on. This tank is not streatchy. The fabric is very pretty feels like cotton twill but lightweight. 100% polyester will not shrink in the wash. Hand wash cold, line dry. Bust: 23.5" Waist: 25.5"
