Brand new never worn Helmut Lang dress-no belt

I bought this at Nordstrom for an event and never got to wear it. It’s a one sleeve size 4 hits at the knee black Helmut Lang casual or semi formal sheath dress. Rare find… When I bought it, they explained that there was a removable belt, but it was not available. The price reflects the missing piece. It’s an absolutely perfect condition. Has a zipper and a clasp behind the neck. Lining: 95% polyester 5% spandex for the lining The Shell: is 64% viscous 33% acetate and 3% elastic.
