Brand new never worn shein bell sleeve dress 🔮

I bought this dress recently from shein. It’s listed as a large but the dress is actually xl. It fits more like a medium or large there is no stretch to it and it’s really short. I would have just returned it to shein but it takes forever ! Message me if you are interested in any measurements!
