Brand new pencil skirt

Brand new pencil skirt from Urban Outfitters! It is very slim fitting! This skirt can be worn high-waisted with a cute crop top - perfect for going out to parties or the bars. It can also be worn for business casual events if worn at the hips (this will allow the skirt to be longer). It is labeled a size 8, but I normally wear a 4 or 6 and it fits me fine. It is stretchy, so I can imagine it to fit its original labeled size as well.
