Not really stretch material at bust,
There is an elastic stretch at the drop waist.
I’m a 38 D and it fits me without any pulling or puckering.

So it’s not hard to tell that you’re no stranger to knowing what clothes go with what event! My boyfriend’s parents have invited us on vacation with them so I really want to look good so I have a limited budget thanks Dad, so $25! If I had more I would spend more!

Good morning,
I think it’s a nice dress the red is only on the bottom quarter. It’s light weight with elastic on the bottom quarter. The dress is lightweight and not low cut at all.
I just tried it on again no cleavage but you might want to wear a thin white camisole under it since there are holes in the white cross de detailed front. I think it would look nice on anyone it is mostly neutral colors. Bottom also has orange actually more orange than red.

Everyone can look good no matter the body type, just search for styles that help camouflage the areas that you’re self-conscious about. If it’s your legs, just find a hem that goes a bit longer to cover up the area. You have to work with what you have and everyone has flaws and no one is perfect.
