Brand new with tags Tart dress very stretchy

This is a really comfortable dress from Tart. The fabric is really hart to describe it is textured but soft. It has a built in liner so no slip is required. It’s a fitted style however even though it’s an XS it could easily fit a size S-M. The photos do not do this dress justice and doesn’t capture the color it’s a mauve ish color hits just below the knee on me and I’m 5’2. New with tags
