Brand new with tags sheer black blouse

New with Tags, Medium Black sheer long blouse. I am 5'1 and it goes down to my knee's. Very cute silver bling all on the shoulder's, down both side's all the way across the bottom. The botton is kinda like a scoup bottom. You can easily wear this under a bathing suit. It run's big. More like a L maybe even XL
