@goldsteinamy hi Amy - between the underarms it’s 21”.
The black panel actual is a bit sheer but not the print.
From the front neck to the bottom it’s 24” at the center. The bottom hem is asymmetrical so it is about+ 2” on the left side. It’s super cute it is just too small for me.
