Brand-new without tax penny loafer boots women’s size 8

Here’s a great pair of women’s boots in black kind of a cross between a hiking boot in a penny loafer size 8 made in India… don’t know who is by the logo looks like a “uo” in a double Circle. Not even sure if they’re leather or vegan leather. Tried them on and they’re a little stiff but I’ve never been worn just tried on… I wear a 7 1/2 -8. and they’re a little snug so I think they run small
