Brandy Melville EUROPEAN Green Tie-back Open-back V-neck Cap Sleeve Tee

Only worn once so it is in like-new condition. No rips, stains, tears, or threads. Bought in Barcelona and I'm not sure if its sold in the U.S. Low V-Neck in the front with a cap sleeve. Two ties connect to the front and then tie in the back. Open back panel as shown in the photo. Very cute for going out or just a casual day.
