Brandy Melville High Waisted Maxi Skirt With Slit

Brandy Melville high waisted maxi skirt in a navy blue/white floral print. It says one size but I think it fits more like a small/medium, I have a 27” waist and it fits perfectly but it could probably fit 26”-28” comfortably too since the waist is stretchy.
