Features (according to previous seller) Vneck Adjustable halter neck Open back Fits size small at best Armpit to armpit 12” Shoulder to hem 30” I really wanted this to work out but it was way too short and I’m 4’11”. It’s more of a top than it is a dress. I’m also big chested so it wasn’t flattering on the bust area.
