rfoulk @maddylovex no it doesn't have a size marked but the waist is 11" laying flat. It fits me perfectly and I'm a 23" waist.

rfoulk @kaseyraeanne yes, I recommend this one over the brown Raquel. I've had both and the Raquel is better for someone who has a 26" waist or bigger. It doesn't sit at your natural waistline if your waist is smaller, it will slip down and not fit as nicely. This one is better for girls with 22-25" waists!

rfoulk @kaseyraeanne I can do $50 on merc but it will be hard for me to do any less because I really do love this skirt. If you can be patient I would wait for a better deal to come up. I bought it for $35, someone might sell theirs soon!
