This brass belt buckle with ceramic insert Has gold tone and black kind of inlay.This has roses and the insert has a wind mill scene on it. I believe this was initially made not only to hold a cameo or gem stone but also a silver dollar coin.This is vintage probably from the 70s or 80s. I do not clean nor polish the items I find. So this should buff up and be pretty shinny and eye catching. It measures about 3 1/2" wide by 2 1/4" tall. It is new old stock still being in its original container. The labels on the box says "Creative House of Tole " From Beverly, WV. This business has not been in business for a long time. This belt buckle would make a nice addition to any collection.
