@brandcc nope! The sequins and sparkles are pretty matted down! Even if you run your hand over it you don’t really move any of them! Pretty secure!!

@brandcc of course! Totally understand! It’s not completely smooth to the touch but pretty close! I doubt it could ruin a dress! Unless the dress itself have lots of snags on it already
