💙Bratops Tank mini dress

The dress has ruching as well as lined bustling and it is just too small. Very vibrant cobalt blue in color. Fabric is95% cotton, and 5% spandex so stretchy. I call it my T-shirt dress because it feels like a comfy tee. Measures 34" from top of shoulder to bottom hemline. Size is a small and brand is Bratops. EUC
