“BreaKfast at Tiffany’s” Elegant Velvet Gown

Gorgeous 1940s formal full length black velvet dress. Feel in love with this gown, but have no occasion to wear it. It would fit a size 4-6 person quite well. I wear size 2 and would have had to make just a minor adjustments at the waist. There is some give—slight stretch—to the velvet. Even has a beautiful accordion pleated kick area (whatever it’s called) at the back of the dress. The draped neckline and back pleated fabric is a semi-sheer black fabric. This is absolutely a statement dress.
