How does the dress stay together? as in buttons, latch, etc? And when it is closed, what is the waist and length measurement?

@misskittykate79 It is held together by velcro so the waist band is adjustable! When i get home i can measure it though.

@misskittykate79 the waistband measures 12 in but it’s elastic so it will stretch or you can put the velcro tighter
