Cottony jersey material, in a very elegant cut. I bought this dress because it reminded me of Holly Golightly’s iconic black dress from Breakfast at Tiffany’s (fun fact that dress was actually 3 dresses— one for sitting, standing, and walking) I had a friend who also got this dress and she wore it to her prom— while the material suggests casual, it really can be dressed up or down
