The best thing about these is that they're made of cotton stretch which is nice and comfortable. The tag states "pool leggings" but we know these aren't for use in water, so we're not sure why they called them that. Color: Black Brand: Made in the USA by Breakfast in Tokyo. Fabric: 97% cotton, 3% spandex, washable, line dry. Condition: Brand new with tags; we ended up with a pair of these though they could be vintage they're fabulous.
