Breezy, boutique, blue and white embroidered mini dress

Light weight, sleeveless, babydoll, blue mini dress with white embroidered bust and hem. Scallopped hem. Fabric already has a texture to it so wrinkles don't even show. Button closure. Has waist loops for a tie back but tie is not included. Excellent condition. I've worn this dress at a size 6, 8, and 10 and it is flattering at all sizes.
