Breezy summer black tie skirt & jacket

Black dressy jacket and matching skirt w/white edging. This dressy outfit was only worn 2-3 times before it no longer fit. It is a very soft material and the edge of the sleeves as well as the bottom of the skirt have a soft frilly ruffle to them. I wore if with white/cream, silver and/or red sleeveless top for contrast. It is very lightweight fabric. Purchased at a small NYC boutique for a wedding rehearsal dinner years ago. Lightweight and great for a summer special event
