Breyer Rex Alabaster Lipizzan White Rearing Stallion 1965 Chris Hess Traditional Size Measures 12.5" x 7" wide Traditional make of resin and not plastic, marked on inside of left leg Breyer Molding Co. Can feel the writing but hard to capture it on camera. Four gray hooves, black eyes, slightly pink nose on tip. Not white, as we know white, more of a chalky white, as mentioned in the Breyer catalog. This Breyer was one of Mom's favorites. It was entered in the Breyer Fest, oldest traditional models, can see in pictures where she glued cork to his back hooves to keep him standing correctly on the platform, sadly someone knocked him off, broke the top of his left ear. (see last pic ) Mom was broken hearted. He still won 3rd place. I don't know what happened to his ribbon. Excellent condition other than that. Mom kept all her Breyers in a 9 foot glass showcase, never been played with. More of her Breyers to be listed soon. See pictures part of description also questions please ask.
