Do you happen to have the measurements? Italian size 42 is usually around a size 6...

im so sorry - I have been traveling and wasn't paying attention to emails! let me know if you are still interested - I will measure exact. I never had it fitted so it is prob between 6 and 8 but needed the fittings :)
