Is this a designer size 10 or US street size 10?

@lrinconcruz it was originally a size 16/street size 12, but I had my seamstress move in the clasp on the waist to fit me (probably a street size 8). Honestly, it would be easy to adjust the size to mostly any size around street size 12 or under.
