Bridesmaid/ Prom dress

This dress is a rich navy blue color; strapless sweetheart neckline with overlaying fabric; empire waist with top sheer layer casting a very flattering flowing look. The blue in the first image is a bit different than how it actually is. In real life it is more of a dark navy blue, but not at all close to black.
