Bridesmaid dress

This is a darling dress. I have worn it 3 times (once for a wedding and twice for formal parties). It comes with a matching stole. The fabric is this lovely grey. Here's the problem: there are 2 minor runs near the bottom. I want to get it out of my closet because it still fits me everywhere but in the chest. It's a formal wear size 10 (so really more like a 6). The cloth could be easily repurposed for something great, I just no longer have time to make new clothes.
