It is a De Vinci style 60211 chiffon lace dress with bateau, straps, sweetheart neckline, a-line full skirt, scoop back with zipper. Skirt and satin belt are aqua and under lace is a nude color. Originally a 18w but altered slightly. Waist measures 37 1/2. Easily altered.

@megganne121 yes, I checked and there is approximately an inch and a half on each side of the seam. You could easily let it out 2 inches on each side if needed.

Also, I had not noticed the previous comment but there are no pulls. It is a small crease from storage. It has been kept in a garment bag in my closet. All it would need is a slight steam.
