Bridesmaid or prom dress, glittery formal gown

selling my maid of honor dress! worn once to a wedding, only worn for about 30 mins. gorgeous sparkly teal maxi dress featuring a slit and lace up back. satin lined. the lace up back detail was added so this is technically a custom dress! made to fit a size 14. flat waist is 16 inches with no stretch. I think I had a waist of about 33-34 inches. also hemmed for someone 5' 2". Tag says 16 but it seemed like a 12 when I got it, so it must not be US sizing.
