Bright Blue New Look Dress

A bright blue dress from New Look. Purchased in Paris in 2009, worn a handful of times. In excellent used condition! The dress is tight fitting and bodycon around the butt, and drapes across the chest. Cold shoulder arms. Size US 8, but I’m currently a 6 and it fits me still. No flaws!
