Bright Blue Short Chiffon Dress With Straps and Ruching

Beautiful blue dress, perfect for a bridesmaid needing bright blue/turquoise or for an event that is cocktail attire! Has wide (~1 inch) shoulder straps and ruching at the waist. No brand or size but fits like a 2. I was 5’6” and 140lbs and it was tight. I shortened the straps myself. GUC. Worn once.
