Bright Blue Strapless off the shoulder gown

Reposhing this item I purchased from @floridagirlnj. Loved it, but it's too small on me. it's a 2-4. If you need a dress that's quality and gorgeous but for a cheap piece, this is it. it just didn't fit me :( You will feel great in this dress!! Questions? Leave a comment below!
