Bright Blue Strappy Gown

Absolutely Beautiful Bright Blue Gown. Fitted through the bust, low cut all straps adjustable as shown in pictures. Pleated fabric on bottom. Entire dress lined and very comfortable. Only worn once for a short time and kept in the original plastic from Dillards. I’m 5’8” 150lbs 36C and wore this with heels and it was perfect length and size . Would be easy to hem or have tailored if needed.
