Bright Multi Color Beach Dress

Bought this in a Las Brisas hotel shop in Mexico. They said to get on the boat and I needed a boat dress. This dress was perfect. Very flowy, gorgeous neckline, comfortable, fits any size. It is very bright. It is all one piece and I tried to show detail photos of top and bottom so you see what I'm talking about on the brightness.
