Bright Pink Forever 21 mini dress

Great used condition. The color is a bright pink, almost neon. Feels like a chiffon, and is lined. The fit is loose, I’m 5’9” and the dress fits at my upper thighs. Not super short but not quite to the knees. This used to be one of my favorite dresses but it doesn’t fit anymore. The straps on the back are thin so it shows off your upper back and shoulders. It looks so amazing with tan skin in the summer and is just stunning. Comes from a smoke-free home. 😊
