Column style strapless dress from Velvet Torch (Nordstrom). Flattering empire waist. Gathered top. Stretchy fabric with good elastic on top so it stays up! I’m a 34B and this dress fit well. Since it’s stretchy I bet it would fit a slightly bigger bust as well. Worn twice to two different weddings. Like new condition!
