The photos do not show a black crinoline petticoat which flares the skirt for a formal look. It would also be a pretty sundress if the lining was later removed. Beautiful color! 💙☺️

@abbywilhelm I think it would be easy to hem if you wanted it shorter- shin or knee length would look nice, too, depending on the “look” you want. The fabric appears easy to work with, soft but holds its shape.
