New, never worn canary yellow and turquoise blue Guess mini dress. Slouchy/comfortable feel yet still structured with skirt and neckline. Elastic waist with detached​ ribbon of same material. Fully lined and not sheer. Lightweight, breezy and comfortable. True to color and size (4). Measurements: skirt is 17in down measured from elastic waist. Scoop neck. Cap sleeves. Gold button detailing on shoulders. Shell & Lining: 100% Polyester. Machine wash cold (no dry cleaning!!) No zippers or buttons, pullover style. Armpit to armpit across 19" Length from armpit to bottom hem ~27in. Waist un-scrunched 13.5 and stretched 17in flat across. Easy to wear, slip on and go. For reference I am 5'10 with 34C bust.
