steads @micheleboz5 I'm just in between 5'5" and 5'6" :) The smallest part of dress near the rib cage measures 13 inches across. The very top of dress measures 15 inches across. The back length is 32 inches and the front is 34 inches long. Hope that helps! The color isn't navy, it's a richer more brilliant shade of blue. I'll post some more pics.
