Bright blue Rampage halter dress (S) w/bead detail

Bright blue 100% polyester Rampage halter (ties behind neck) dress. Sequined and stitched detail along the halter straps. Sequined and beaded detail along the ruched abdomen area. Two layers. Flowy, and fits great. High part hits around the knees, low part hits below the side of the knees (I am 5'2). Worn once. Size small.
