Bright blue/teal vintage 1970s blouse/light jacket. Obsessed with the white stitching and adorable pockets! Not to mention that collar 🤩 Some stains present as seen near pocket and last pic on the back of the jacket- light stains but fairly large! Didn’t notice until listing this item. Brand is “NPC fashions”. Tag does not state the material but I assume polyester. pit to pit measurement: 18 inches
