Bright colored asymmetrical strapless dress

This super cute strapless dress has an asymmetrical hem measuring about 48" at longest end and 37" at shorter side. From pit to pit, the elastic stretches to 20 1/2". The elastic on the waist can stretch to about 20" as well. In excellent condition.
