Bright, flirty, and flowy Express dress! NWOT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jasmineplatt. Love it, but didn't wear it this past summer, so time to offer it to a home and someone to look as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.. This dress really IS that bright... it is the compliment machine. Beautiful subtle v neckline, flowy split sleeves, nice quality fabric. Gorgeous! Size M but can fit a smaller L. Questions?
